Qishing is an attack technique based on the unsuspecting victim framing a “malicious” QR code.

What can be done to avoid becoming a victim?

The main defence is to avoid scanning everything around us, especially if the QR code is on a flyer handed out on the street or clumsily stuck on a restaurant table, taking great care to check that the QR code has not been tampered with.
