We’re proud to share that Cyber Guru has ranked #73 in TIME magazine’s 2025 list of the World’s Top EdTech Companies, created in collaboration with global market research firm Statista. This recognition places us in the top 100 globally – and reinforces our long-term commitment to helping companies, employees, and partners harness the power of cybersecurity awareness in the future and beyond.
Published for the second consecutive year, the list honours 100 companies that are driving innovation in education worldwide. It encompasses everything from STEM learning and language tools to content platforms and online learning systems.
To compile the ranking, TIME and Statista evaluated 7,000+ companies based on two main pillars: financial strength and industry impact. That included a deep analysis of funding, product quality, intellectual property, and relevance to their target users. You can read more about the process here and explore the full 2025 ranking on TIME’s website.
Their report states, “Online learning companies have pivoted to providing more tools for teachers, launching interactive tools and gamification features to keep students engaged, and becoming more efficient with the adoption of artificial intelligence, as students have returned to the classroom post-pandemic.”
Their 2025 list reviewed data from over 7,000 companies and evaluated them based on a formula combining financial strength and industry impact. The U.S. had the most high-scoring edtech companies, with 138, which made up 39.4% of the overall list. India came in second with 33 companies, making up 9.4% of providers. China placed third with 23 companies, which made up 6.6% of the list.
