PhishPro
Advanced Phishing Defense Training
The PhishPro Add-on expands simulations to include exercises with video attacks/deepfakes, USB drives, and QR Codes. The anti-phishing training leverages Adaptive Learning Remediation functionality to ensure targeted and contextual learning necessary to strengthen real skills and improve each user’s cyber resilience.
Multiple benefits in a single add-on:

Realistic simulations across multiple channels

Continuous, adaptive, and personalized learning

Contextual, measurable training aligned with current risks

Concrete reduction in human error risk

Perfect integration with the Cyber Guru Phishing program
Advanced Real-World Attack Simulations
Video Attack Simulation (Deepfake)
Advanced training against video and deepfake attacks
Enables simulation of emails containing fake video content showing seemingly authoritative or familiar people, replicating a video attack. The goal is to train users to recognize emotional manipulation and increasingly sophisticated social engineering techniques. Through specific templates, the add-on recreates scenarios that exploit urgency and familiarity with the sender to induce recipients to take impulsive actions or share sensitive information.
PhishPro enhances training by offering adimins the ability to:

USB Drive Attack Simulation
Advanced training with USB attack simulation
Enables simulation of a classic USB drive attack, one of the most dangerous channels for malware distribution and corporate network compromise. These seemingly harmless devices can be used to steal sensitive data or install malicious code, especially when connected without proper verification. The goal is to raise employee awareness to the importance of conscious use of external devices and following company policies that regulate their use. With the USB attack extension, adimins can:

create a USB drive with a “malicious” Microsoft Word file containing a macro

monitor each file opening through the Remediation Dashboard

track the number of users who only connected the USB drive and those who also activated the macro
QR Code Attack Simulation
QR Codes and phishing: targeted training
Using this particular type of simulation will expand anti-phishing training and educate staff about the risks that could hide behind a malicious QR Code. QR Codes, often perceived as harmless and used carelessly, can redirect to fraudulent sites, initiate unwanted downloads, or compromise mobile devices.
Raising employee awareness about the critical use of these tools is essential to reduce exposure to increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. Admins can generate “malicious” QR Codes to be used in two distinct ways:

printed format: codes can be printed and placed in strategic areas of the workplace. Once scanned, it’s possible to monitor user actions, such as opening links or entering personal data

via email: QR Codes can be integrated into phishing simulations sent via email, offering an additional realistic and contextualized attack scenario

Adaptive Learning Remediation
Learning from mistakes: customized training
Adaptive Learning Remediation offers a personalized training path for users who proved vulnerable during phishing simulations.
Using data collected from the Remediation Dashboard, adimins can assign targeted content based on observed behaviors, strengthening awareness precisely where it’s most critical.
This makes training more relevant, effective, and calibrated for every user’s real needs.
